    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ If your group has fewer than 4 players, you may be paired with another group. Solo play with fewer than 4 players cannot be guaranteed.
    ※ If you opt for one cart per player, a single cart fee will apply and must be paid on-site.
    ※ Tee times may change, or rounds may start earlier or later than scheduled due to golf course policies or local circumstances without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations due to these changes are not allowed.
    ※ Depending on the on-site conditions on the play date, rain checks (e.g., rain coupons) or refunds may be issued. Please visit the course even in rainy weather and follow the specific course policies.

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • How can I check available tee times for reservation?

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
