    Product Introduction
    Miklagard consists of an 18-hole international championship course that has received many great awards for quality and design. In 2020, six newly designed holes were ready for play. In August 2019, Miklagard opened its new driving range - located behind the clubhouse. (one ＂putt＂ from the terrace). Training areas for close play and putting are clearly located close to the range. A very compact facility. The course is adapted for the use of golf carts and we have 20 modern cars for rent. Miklagard is known for its good greens. The quality of the greens, fairways and teeing grounds meets high European standards.

    Cancellation 41 days before departure: Full refund

    Cancellation 0~40 days before departure: Non-refundable

    If the cancellation is due to the local supplier＇s circumstances, full refund will be processed after providing notice.

    The cancellation and refund policy specified in the product takes precedence.

    Business hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00~18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

    ※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
    ※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ If no tee times are available, it means they are fully booked for that date. However, you may inquire via 1:1 chat support (or email for countries outside Korea), and we will check for any additional available tee times.
    ※ If booking for fewer than four players, you may be paired with other players on-site. Solo play is not guaranteed.
    ※ Due to golf course policies and local conditions, reserved tee times may be changed, delayed, or rescheduled without prior notice. Refunds and cancellations are not allowed due to these changes.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • Miklagard Golf opened in June 2001 with the intention of being one of Europe＇s best golf courses. Miklagard is located in Ullensaker municipality, an area with strong historical traditions dating back to the Viking Age. The name Ullensaker comes from the Norse Ullinshof. Miklagard is the Norse name for Istanbul, historically known as an important trading center. All the holes on the course are named after Norse gods and kings. Signs, buildings and the appearance of the course are inspired by Norse history. Course architect Robert Trent Jones Jr. has designed Miklagard Golf.

      The amount displayed is per person, so you can check the amount by selecting the number of people you want when making a reservation.

    • How can I check available tee times for reservation?

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
