Reservation request instructions
- This product is a golf product whose reservation is confirmed through a reservation consultation, approval by the golf course (confirmation of tee time and fee), and prepayment. It is processed in the form of a reception for reservation confirmation.
- During the reservation consultation process, the golf course may request additional reservation information (name of guest, passport information, accommodation information, etc.).
- Once the reservation consultation is completed, the golf course will approve the reservation. Once the approval is complete, you must make a prepayment to confirm the reservation. Once the payment is complete, the final reservation confirmation process will proceed.
- Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an itinerary via email.
- If you cancel a confirmed reservation, a cancellation fee may be charged according to the cancellation policy, and the amount excluding the cancellation fee will be refunded to you.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

The final amount will be provided to you with an estimate after we request it from the golf course.※ → We will confirm the final amount, round date, and check-in date for your accommodation with you again, and then send you a payment link.※ → The tee time will be confirmed after payment, and it will be assigned randomly on a first-come, first-served basis (between 8:00 am and 10:00 am).※ → Once you have completed your payment, we will send you a voucher.※ · Unavailable Booking Dates (as of 2025.01.03)※ Golf + accommodation reservations are unavailable from January 2025 until the completion of Sheraton Hotel construction.※ When requesting a booking, it is considered that you have agreed to the cancellation/refund policy.
Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters
Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?열기/닫기
If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
