    • Reservation request instructions
    • This product is a golf product whose reservation is confirmed through a reservation consultation, approval by the golf course (confirmation of tee time and fee), and prepayment. It is processed in the form of a reception for reservation confirmation.
    • During the reservation consultation process, the golf course may request additional reservation information (name of guest, passport information, accommodation information, etc.).
    • Once the reservation consultation is completed, the golf course will approve the reservation. Once the approval is complete, you must make a prepayment to confirm the reservation. Once the payment is complete, the final reservation confirmation process will proceed.
    • Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an itinerary via email.
    • If you cancel a confirmed reservation, a cancellation fee may be charged according to the cancellation policy, and the amount excluding the cancellation fee will be refunded to you.

    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ · In the case of Spyglass Hill Course, it is a rule to stay at least one night for one reservation for an 18-hole round.
    ※ · When requesting a reservation, it is considered that you have agreed to the cancellation/refund policy.

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
