Change / Cancel / RefundCancellation of golf tee time 8-14 days prior: A cancellation fee of 50% of the booked amount will be charged
Cancellation of golf tee time 0-7 days prior: No refund available
To expedite confirmation, no separate happy call will be made, and the reservation will be processed simultaneously with the confirmation.
In case of cancellation due to local supplier conditions, a full refund will be processed after notification.
The cancellation and refund policies provided within the product take precedence.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

※ If there are no available tee times, it means the tee times for that date are fully booked. However, if you inquire through 1:1 chat consultation, we will check and inform you of any additional available tee times.※ In the case of a two-player round, you may be paired with another team, and we cannot guarantee a two-player exclusive play.※ Due to the golf course＇s operational policies and local conditions, the reserved tee times may be changed or delayed without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations due to these changes are not possible.
Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters
Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

- The Grouse course is the newest of the three 9-hole courses, boasting expansive inland hill views. Although it opened in 2008, it is already well-established. It features rolling terrain with fewer trees compared to the other two courses. The Guadiana course is set amidst attractive pine forests, adding to its charm. It is known for its fast and true greens, some of which are elevated and protected by bunkers, inviting elevated tees, and dogleg fairways carved out of canyons. The Atlântico course is the most mature of the three courses. It also features fast and true greens, with several elevated greens protected by bunkers, inviting elevated tees, and dogleg fairways carved out of canyons.

If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?열기/닫기
If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
