    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ If there is no available tee time, the tee time for that day is closed, but if you contact us through 1:1 chat, we will check for available tee times for additional reservations.

    ※ When booking for 2 players, you may be joined by another group, and we cannot guarantee exclusive play for 2 players.

    ※ Due to the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, tee time may be delayed without prior notice, and refunds and cancellations are not possible.

    ※ Twilight golf (July-September: 16:00-17:30 tee-off) can be played until sunset, and you may not be able to play all 18 holes.
    ※ No refunds will be issued for missed rounds due to sunset.

    ※ This is an 18-hole through play and there are no restrooms on the course.

    ※ Dress code

    ※ - Cannot be worn with denim/jeans
    ※ - trousers or shorts may be worn and shirts must have a collar or collar
    ※ - short socks allowed with shorts
    ※ - Golf dresses or skirts are allowed for women
    ※ - The gallery must also comply with the golf dress code
    ※ - Golf shoes required (no metal spikes)
    ※ - No pets allowed

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

      The amount displayed is per person, so you can check the amount by selecting the number of people you want when making a reservation.

    • How can I check available tee times for reservation?

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
