※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.
Golf Course Essential Information
※ The golf course does not accept check-in with the AGL voucher sent at the time of initial booking. Check-in is only possible with the local voucher, which will be sent via email 3-7 days before the round. If you do not present this voucher at check-in, you will be required to repay the green fee on-site.※ If there are no available tee times, it means the tee times for that date are fully booked. However, you may inquire via 1:1 chat support, and we will check for any additional available slots.※ All players must present their passport or a copy at check-in.※ For two-player rounds, you may be paired with other golfers, and we cannot guarantee a private round for two players.※ As this is a membership-based golf course, tee times are allocated with priority to members. Tee times may change after booking/payment, and reservations may not always be confirmed. If we are unable to secure your reservation, a full refund will be provided.※ The golf course is scheduled for renovation starting in March 2024.※ Due to operational policies and local conditions, booked tee times may change or be adjusted without prior notice. Refunds and cancellations will not be possible due to such changes.※ ★ Notice Regarding Renovation※ Shower facilities unavailable※ Limited number of lockers※ Clubhouse unavailable; food stalls available (cash payments only)※ Due to renovation work on 4 holes, an 18-hole round will be played by playing another 4 holes twice.※ Single-rider carts are mandatory on both weekdays and weekends
Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters
Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

The amount displayed is per person, so you can check the amount by selecting the number of people you want when making a reservation.

How can I check available tee times for reservation?열기/닫기
If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?열기/닫기
If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
