    · In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.

    · Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.

    · Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ Only 4-player teams can make a reservation.
    ※ This product is a special offer, so cancellations are not allowed, and refund policies are applied restrictively. Please check the cancellation and refund policy below.

    ※ In the case of adverse weather conditions, cancellations or refunds will be processed according to the golf course regulations on the day of the round.
    ※ If settlement by hole is required due to bad weather, settlement will be processed on-site based on the golf course＇s regular prices and policies.
    ※ If customers who have prepaid to AGL (Inc.) wish to settle by hole, payment should be made on-site via card or other methods. After confirming the details, AGL (Inc.) will cancel the prepayment within 7 days from the settlement date.
    ※ If there are foreign nationals (passport nationality) among the reservation holder or players, please inform us via Naver Talk or KakaoTalk with their name and nationality. Additional fees may apply depending on the nationality, and payment must be made on-site (Failure to confirm nationality may cause issues with the round).
    ※ Each reservation holder is limited to one tee time per day. Duplicate reservations (same reservation holder) will be canceled.
    ※ For more than 2 teams, please contact us in advance via Naver Talk or KakaoTalk.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

    • How can I check available tee times for reservation?

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
