※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.
Golf Course Essential Information
※ Reservations are only available for teams of four players.※ The person making the reservation must be present.※ In case of bad weather, cancellations or refunds will be processed according to the golf course’s policy on the day of the round (advance cancellations based on weather forecasts are not allowed). If hole-by-hole adjustments are made due to severe weather, payment must be settled on-site according to the standard rates and golf course policy. If a customer who prepaid through AGL needs to pay based on the number of holes played, they must do so directly on-site using their card or another payment method. AGL will verify the adjustment and process the refund of the prepaid amount within seven days from the game date.※ Additional fees may apply depending on nationality and must be paid on-site (if nationality is not verified, the round may not proceed smoothly).※ Each reservation is limited to one tee time per day per person. If duplicate reservations (same booker) are found, they will be canceled. For bookings of more than two teams, please inquire in advance via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk.
Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters
Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?열기/닫기
If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
