※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.
Golf Course Essential Information
※ Reservations are only available for teams of 4 players.※ This is a special discount product, so cancellations are not allowed, and refund policies apply with restrictions. Please check the refund policy.※ In case of bad weather, cancellations or refunds will be processed according to the golf course regulations on the day of the round (pre-cancellation based on the weather forecast is not allowed). If hole-by-hole settlement is required due to severe weather, on-site payment will be made based on the golf course＇s standard rates and policies. Customers who prepaid through AGL Co., Ltd. and need hole-by-hole settlement must pay on-site using their card or other payment methods. AGL Co., Ltd. will verify the settlement details and cancel the prepayment within 7 days of the occurrence date.※ If any player (including the reservation holder) is a foreign national (passport holder), please inform us of their name and nationality via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk. Additional fees may apply depending on nationality, and payment must be made on-site (failure to confirm foreign nationals may cause issues with the round).※ Each reservation holder is limited to one tee time per day, and duplicate reservations (same reservation holder) will be canceled. For groups of 2 or more teams, please inquire in advance via Naver TalkTalk or KakaoTalk.※ The starting course may change depending on the on-site conditions on the day of play.
Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters
Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?열기/닫기
If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
