    A golf course that has hosted the LPGA tournament for two consecutive years and has hosted many Korean professional competitions.

    · Cancellation 15 days or more before the golf tee time: Full refund

    · Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: Impose 50% of reservation amount as cancellation fee

    · Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.

    · Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call

    · In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.

    · Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.

    · Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9)/ Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.

    ※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.
    ※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.
    ※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.
    ※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.
    ※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.
    ※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.

    ※ Only group reservations for teams of 4 are accepted.
    ※ The person who made the reservation must be present. (ID verification required)

    ※ In case of bad weather, the golf course rules apply for cancellations or refunds on the day of the round. (Pre-cancellation is not possible based on forecasts)
    ※ If the round is adjusted due to bad weather, payment will be processed on-site according to the golf course＇s standard rates and policies.
    ※ Customers who have made an advance payment to AGL Co., Ltd. for the round will need to make on-site payments for hole-by-hole adjustments using their card or other methods. AGL Co., Ltd. will confirm the adjustments and cancel the advance payment within 7 days from the occurrence date.
    ※ If there are guests with non-Korean nationality, please inform us of their name and nationality via Naver Talk or KakaoTalk. → Additional fees may apply depending on nationality, and payments must be made on-site (failure to confirm nationality may cause issues with the round).
    ※ The same person can only book one tee time per day. Duplicate reservations (by the same person) will be canceled.
    ※ For two or more teams, please inquire in advance via Naver Talk or KakaoTalk.

    아이콘Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters

    Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

      The amount displayed is per person, so you can check the amount by selecting the number of people you want when making a reservation.

    • How can I check available tee times for reservation?

      If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

    • Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?

      If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
