・Green Fee
・Cart Fee (1 cart per 2 player) → Single Cart fee (400,000 VND) charged separately (when 1 person uses 1 cart)
・Caddie Fee (1 caddy per 1 player) → Vietnamese golf courses typically use one caddy per person, but during peak season (December~March) or during tournament and event periods, two people may be assigned to one caddy. No refunds will be given.
Non-included Services
・Caddie Tip → In Vietnamese golf courses, there is a caddy tip separately from caddie fee. The standard tip is $15-$20 per player and should be given in cash to the caddie.

※ Please write your English name on the golf bag name tag before departure.※ The golf course may change depending on local circumstances on the day of use.※ Depending on the golf course operation policy and local circumstances, it may be delayed from the purchased time.※ You must arrive at the clubhouse 30 minutes before the start time of your golf round.※ If the round is cancelled due to customer`s personal circumstances, refunds or postponements are not possible.※ In the case of golf courses in Southeast Asia, tee times and tee-offs may be adjusted or started early or late depending on local circumstances during the peak season (December to February), and refunds or cancellations are not possible.
Golf Course Essential Information
※ If no tee times are available, the date is fully booked. However, you can contact us via 1:1 chat to check for additional options.※ On weekends and public holidays, this golf course requires a minimum of 3 players per booking.※ For 2-player rounds, you may be paired with another group, and exclusive 2-player play cannot be guaranteed. This golf course does not offer club rental services, so you must bring your own clubs.※ Using a single cart per player incurs an additional fee, payable on-site.※ Tee times may change or be adjusted without notice due to course policies or local conditions, with no refunds or cancellations allowed.※ If the booked date is declared a public holiday (temporary or national) by local authorities, original rates may not apply, and increased charges must be paid even after confirmation.
Notice Regarding Rain and Natural Disasters
Golf courses (ex, in Southeast Asia) typically proceed with rounds even in rainy conditions. In most cases, players temporarily take shelter from sudden downpours and then resume play. Therefore, unlike in Korea, cancellations or green fee refunds due to rain are not allowed. Please ensure you check in and follow the specific policies of each golf course (ex, rain coupons, etc).

If you select your desired tee time among the tee times displayed on product reservation page, your reservation will be confirmed as the actual tee time.

Can I change the number of golfers for rounds or the reservation name after booking?열기/닫기
If you want to change the number of people after you have already received your booking confirmation, please check the cancellation policy under [View Reservation Details] first. If free cancellation is still possible, you can request a cancellation/refund and then make a new booking with the desired number of people afterwards. However, since this is a separate cancellation and rebooking process, please keep in mind that it is not guaranteed that you receive the same tee times again.
